The pickup and drop-off were very convenient, as they were able to get their shipping truck as close to the residence as possible. I specified that I would not be at the drop-off location until Wednesday and they called me the Tuesday before saying it would be there that day. Because the car arrived too early, the company had to drop off the car two days later. i was expecting the car around noon, but it did not get dropped off until 7-8 pm. The car that needed to be removed in order to move my car had had the keys locked in it. It was a long process to wait for a new key to be made. I'm not quite sure how that happens. Other than that, the process was fairly smooth. There was no damage to my car upon arrival.
