I needed my mother's car to be shipped from the Chicago suburbs to the San Francisco Bay Area. The initial person I spoke to was upfront about the quote. He said the price depends on the actual carrier, and usually their quotes are usually lower than the actual price. My original agent was pretty knowledgeable about the carrier and explained how they typically work. Then I was contacted by Ally (sp?) who said she was taking over my order because my original agent left the company. I liked how she called to introduce herself. She even contacted me a week after the car was delivered to follow up. She said she had not received notice that my car had been delivered, and she wanted to make sure everything was going well. The car itself was picked up right on time and it was delivered on the estimated date. I'm very pleased with the service I received.
