Vehicle was picked up on time. Delivery was changed three times before delivery. No one contacted me from delivery company, except to wake me up to tell me time was changed for the third time. Once delivery was made I went on line to check for reviews on delivery company. Most of the comments were negative in nature. This is what I thought the trucking brokerage folks were supposed to do. Look for a reputable company to deliver my truck. Was informed by Mr. Turner that folks only write up comments in a negative fashion, but if all would have went well I would have gladly left a favorable comment. All in all it was definitely a lesson learned on my part and I will do it totally different next time.
