I wish that the car could have been delivered on promised day. On the day of delivery the driver of the truck did not know where he was going. I think it would help them a lot if they have a garmin for their deliveries to be more efficient and quick.

The contact person in Amerifreight was very accommodating and helpful. I think it would be better to give a discount to the customer to serve as a penalty to the driver of the truck if the car was not delivered on promised day - for example 10 dollars per day.
