I was very impressed with the transporter. He was on time at pick up and had continual communication as he traveled across the country. As he entered California, he would call us to notify us of his whereabouts and how much time before his arrival. In addition, considering the limited budget we were on to move and have our belongings transported, we did lots of price comparison and research. We wanted to find a company in which we could trust and had very aggressive and competitive rates. We found you! From the sales agents to the drivers, we were more than impressed. We received our goods in california with very minimal damage. things that were fixable. I expected the worse and was not let down. The main thing i was most excited about was that the sales agent would call us and follow up on our original conversation. This got me interested due to your employees persistence and willingness to bend over backwards and follow up. This is rare. You cant really find this out there.
I have recommended two other families to your company as a result to my overall satisfaction. Thank you again!
