Graham was very honest and open about the process and very knowledgable about the industry. Found a carrier promptly and delivery was 2 days early. Vehicle was dirty but expected driving half way across country. Car wash cleaned it right off. No complaints- nothing shady. I personally appreciated the up front honesty
