The service was great. My calls/questions were answered promptly by customer service reps. The contracted carrier was great and turned out to be a carrier I had used in the passed. The only issue I had was the price. AmeriFrieght is much less expensive than a lot of other carrier but there are other quality carriers that are less expensive than AmeriFrrieght. However, I am not disappointed that I used AmeriFrieght as I was very satisfied with the service and would use this company again.
