Juan chose to ship with the Priority Rate option. As stated on our order forms, the priority rate is an expedited rate we offer to our customers with a pickup window of 1-2 business days. Our team will do everything in our power to get the vehicle picked up within this time frame. However, it does happen that occaisonally a carrier is not available for that route at that specific time. When this happens, the customer has the choice to continue at the Priority Rate with a $50 discount or cancel with a full refund. Delivery dates in priority shipments are always estimated dates. We normally make customers well aware of these conditions. We apologize to Juan if he was not well informed on this and we will endeavour to make sure we stress this to all future customers.
