After having placed an order with another broker (Q-Auto), who failed to get the vehicle collected for an entire week, I contacted Amerifreight and was assisted by Jorge. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained that the area where my car was to be collected from was a little off the beaten track but that he would see if he could find a driver that needed to fill an empty spot. He put the job out there on a Friday and got back to me on Saturday (his day off) with a driver's bid. By Monday evening the car was picked up and it was delivered 4 days later. The driver was good about keeping in touch with me throughout.
