Everything went well except for the pick-up date. I was scheduled to have my vehicle picked up but was informed that they would delay the pick-up date. This happened to me twice. I wouldn't have mind if they picked it up a few days later but on a schedule, due to taking time off of work and what not, but it seemed like the driver didn't know what he wanted to do and kept calling me to reschedule for the next day. Other than the pick-up date, the destination time was on-time.
