My experience with AmeriFreight was very good. They are a broker, and your car will be shipped through a carrier. The quote from AmeriFreight is just a quote, the actual cost from the carrier came in a little higher (I have a feeling this happens more often than not in this industry). AmeriFreight found a carrier for me quickly, and checked in along the way. They also helped me contact the carrier when I was trying to locate my car for delivery. One bit of advice for people when the carrier picks up your car(s). They walk around and inspect the cars for damage, and circle spots on a diagram of your car where they see pre-existing damage. I had a brand new car that I was shipping and one a few years old, both with no blemishes. They completely covered the diagrams in "dings". This is obviously to cover themselves in case there is any damage along the way. My advice is to film this walkaround with your phone so you have a record of how your car looked prior to shipment, and you can document how they are describing the "damage." Luckily, my cars arrived in the same condition, but it did make me worry. Overall though, very good service from the broker (AmeriFreight).
