My experience with Amerifreight was a great one from start to finish. Before booking anything, the customer service rep talked me through all of the details and was happy to answer any additional questions I had. It was important to me that they provide an enclosed truck with the ability to load/unload a low clearance (3.5" clearance) Viper without ANY impacts to the car and they did this flawlessly. The driver was friendly and communicated well with me (once he was in the region) as to when, where and how the delivery would occur. I will use Amerifreight again for future car transports. If there were one item I would improve it would be for Amerifreight to give me updates as the car made its way across the country (e.g. car currently in Tulsa Oklahoma), but this is only a suggested improvement on a system that is otherwise working well all around.
