From the first call the experience was just amazing, talked to a guy called Graham who explained every bit of the process to me, gave me a breakdown of the costs and how they are arrived at, and the options available and sent and email to me immediately after the telephone conversation.
Even though he mentioned that pick ups take up to 2 days, the next day I had already been overtaken by events, when I was informed that there was a carrier ready to load and take off, this time Graham was not available but he left the process to a lady by the name Miller who took me through the contract explaining the payment process and steps to take, very friendly and willing to assist. The pick up was to be in two days time but the driver was immediately available and even wanted to load the car the same day and even offered to come where I was at that particular time. The car was loaded the next day before I left for work.
No worries about dents, scratches or any form of damages, before they load or even take your key, they inspect the car, note any abnormality, take the pictures and you sign, that's your guarantee.
The vehicle was deliver 2 days earlier than the expected date, was called a day before delivery just to help me organise myself for the next day delivery. Even though I was not at the physical address that was indicated, the driver extended his service and brought the car where I was within the same radius.
