Lecia was a great help explaining the process and securing transport. New to the car shipping business, I was confused how the whole process worked, but she explained the bidding processes and other options to get my car shipped more quickly (more $$$) or whenever (less $$$).
Ultimately, I wanted my car but Altus, OK seems to be avoided by most travelers and auto-shippers. The resulted in a higher cost but within the quoted range. My expectations were met and I was extremely pleased with the service.
