I have never used a carrier before and was very nervous about the whole process but they helped make this easy. The driver was able to pick up the car and Amy kept me updated on how far the driver was. The car was delivered in one piece just like I left it and I'm very happy about that and the service i got.
One thing I misunderstood is not to wait until the week before because that was too close and I ended up having to get the rental until the car was delivered. Try to book this atleast 14 days in advance of when you want to ship the car, because if you live in a remote area there might not be carriers until a week later.
