Was very hesitant at first to use a broker to transport my car across the country. However, I am glad that I did. It made things much easier. Ali called me frequently to update me on pick up scheduling and answered all of my questions. The company gets bids from drivers to transport the cars. The only thing I thought would be an issue was the 15 day timeframe for pick up as I was moving across the country and would only be available within a certain period of time. I did have to turn one bid down as it didn't fit into my schedule. However, they found a driver that would pick up on the day that I wanted. The driver was late because of weather, which was unavoidable. However, it worked out that the driver was able to pick up my car without me being present. Both the driver and AmeriFreight were readily accessible if I had any questions. My car was delivered in one piece and without any damage. I would definitely use this company again if I had to ship another car.
