Received a prompt response to initial request for a quote. Quote was courteously revised for senior discount. Could not book order until 3 weeks later but quote was honored. SuperSaver rate estimated 5-15 days before pickup but pickup occurred within 2 days! Driver could not get transport up very steep hill so met him at the bottom. Very nice, professional and efficient. Estimated time in transit was 7 days but took only 5 days. Very pleased overall.
