I contacted several auto transport companies and finally I chose AmeriFreight Car Shipping. I am very glad that I did. One of the major reasons that I did not choose another leading auto transport company is that they will charge 3% processing fee for any card transactions for the deposit. It is not abnormal to charge processing fees, but it is only mentioned once in the long terms and conditions. If you don't read it through, you will be surprised by the charge since their staff won’t tell you in advance. AmeriFreight Car Shipping is different. They do not charge processing fees and they are very honest. The AmeriFreight Car Shipping staff, Ali, is very professional. She responded to my questions very quickly and she called me several times to make sure everything goes well. She explained the whole process very clearly so that I did not have any concerns. The carrier is very professional as well. The driver showed up on time (actually about half hour earlier). He was very polite and inspected the car very quickly but thoroughly. Overall, it is a pleasant experience. I am planning to ship my second car with them soon.
