Our Broker was Graham and He was very helpful and informative on setting up and getting the process started to ship our sons New Car across the US. We started on the low end and eventually pushed the price up. From the date that we had a carrier it only took 6 days to get from SC to Washington State. The carrier that picked the car up had a slight language barrier but the dispatch was very very helpful.
