We were very happy with the overall service and received regular updates and cooperation during the entire time our car was in transit from NYC to San Diego. There was some confusion when the car arrived to California. We paid for the services ahead of time, but they thought we were supposed to pay when the car arrived in California. It was quickly sorted out though with a few phone calls. I would definitely recommend this company to you. Good customer service with regular updates. They get the job done when you need it done.
