This was my first time shipping a vehicle. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I only had one day notice to ship the car. Lecia at AmeriFreight was great from the beginning. Within a couple of hours, she found a hauler to meet my requirements. Several hours later I received a call from Philly Express Group confirming the specifics, and I was given the name and telephone number of the driver. Shortly after, I spoke to the driver (Tengo), and all was set. The next day, the truck arrived as planned. Tengo carefully loaded my car onto the truck and gave me an estimated date when the car would be delivered. On the fourth day, I called Tengo and he gave me a status and told me when to expect the car. The next day the car arrived as promised and was delivered exactly where I asked. Tengo carefully unloaded the car in less than 10 minutes. Lecia and AmeriFreight were great, and Philly Express and Tengo safely transported my car on my schedule. I would definitely use AmeriFreight again.
