The contact I spoke with on the phone was very helpful in arranging the move and it was scheduled rather quickly. My car arrived without damage and the retrieval was smooth. I didn't have concern that my car wasn't in good hands. My biggest criticism was difficulty with communication on arranging the receipt of my vehicle. This was complicated by a large snow storm that the truck had to drive through, however better communication could have made it easier to plan our day.
