Arranged Pickup a few weeks before our military PCS move. WE were a little worried because our agent said we might not know exactly when the truck will arrive. During he next few weeks I called occasionally in order to find out if the status of the arrival date had been. However the agent still did not know. As the weeks wound down to days before our move was scheduled we finally got an email and a phone call with contact information on the company contracted to move our car. Once hat as arranged we were a little worried about pickup locations as we lived in a small townhouse neighborhood. Yet, the Driver was very friendly and able to fit the car carrier easily on our road. For the delivery process we were a little worried because the delivery was set two days before we were set to arrive at our new duty station. However the driver was very kind and knowledgeable of the area and was able to deliver our car in a very safe area, effectively patrolled by the police department. Once we arrived we easily located our car. Overall there was no damage to the car and everything worked out well.
