My experience with the company was positive, Ali Miller (the agent) was very nice, but keep in mind these things:
1. They are brokers, so the actual transportation will be performed by another company, and they have no control over it. Essentially you are buying services from an unknown shipper. In my case everything went well, but your mileage may vary.
2. The original quote was $250 less than the actual shipping price ($1200). I guess it is typical to attract customers with lower bids. The shipper will name their price and you can decline, accept or make a counteroffer. I accepted second offer when I realized I will not be able to ship at the quoted price.
