The customer service part of this company was great over the phone. Then when it came time to communicate to my driver, things were less than pleasant. They picked up my car and dropped it off after 11 p.m which is less than pleasing for the consumer. Additionally, they seemed like they were stoned all the time and not all there. This is also concerning to the consumer.
