It is regrettable that our customer had a bad experience with the carrier we assigned to ship his vehicle. AmeriFreight only selects carriers who have a 95% and higher internal rating from more than 3000. Unfortunately accidents do happen and damage does occur. In this case we did submit the customer all the information needed to claim against the carriers insurance. Lecia, the agent who assisted this customer will help him in any way possible to get this resolved.
