I have to get my mid size SUV new car to be shipped from Tampa\Fl to FW\ Tx.

I requested for an online quote from the company official portal with deliver by date given and for which I received a response stating I will get a quote in 12 hrs else I can give a call to referred number in the email.
On calling the referred number, I was given a quote of $1495 for enclosed and $995 for open. Post confirmation of quote on telephone, I received another online quote for $1195 for enclosed, $695 for open
when inquired they gave some non-convincing explanation saying online quotes are not realistic, she knows better than online things. She also tried to say that online quote is not for deliver by date, but there was an option for deliver by date and I did give the deliver by date.
She also said online quote doesn't know the size of the vehicle but online quote does ask for these details about vechile make,model, year.So there is a disconnect in the quotes when called on phone and online- even when attempted to try to bring them on same page never considered. I see it cashing customer's need. While competing vendors provide this service for $1000-$1200

Apart from price, the pick-up was absolutely on time, delivery is as expected without any damage ,updates by the driver at least couple of hours before pick-up, 12 hours before delivery , Convenient time drop and very happy the way vechile is handled.
