Happy with the service provided by Amerifreight. Minor hiccups included difficulty getting ahold of broker - had to call several times to get through and was diverted to voicemail a few times during what we understood to be normal business hours. Everything went smoothly once we were able to get through. We did have a minor hiccup on delivery in that the vehicle was delivered a day early . We did confirm with the broker that this would not happen but the vehicle was still delivered a day early. The rate did go up 300USD at the last minute (up from what was originally quoted) but in conversing with other carriers, this ended up being very close to the market rate.
These were very minor issues. Overall we had a smoother than expected experience. The broker arranged for our vehicle to be picked up within the time frame that he promised and the vehicle was delivered quickly and in good condition. Other than the early drop-off we were very satisfied the transporter that our broker had found
We would not hesitate to use Amerifreight and our broker's services for our future transportation needs.
