My overall experience was Excellent! Lecia was amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond her customer service duty to help me, once even on HER DAY OFF! She always made time to call each day to ensure that I was comfortable, knowing that this unfamiliar transition was stressful to me. Lecia did a remarkable job and is a great asset/representation for/of Amerifreight! There were not enough stars to accurately rate her services!
