I recently moved from the New Jersey to Los Angeles, and after reading some reviews online, I decided to go with Amerifreight to ship my car out cross-country. David Little at Amerifreight was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He was very flexible with the multiple changes in plans (including revisions to the pick-up date and location, as well as drop off location). For example, I found out last minute that I needed to ship the car out earlier than planned, so I called to move the pick-up to occur as soon as possible, and David was able to find a carrier right away! He made sure I completed all the electronic paper work correctly to ensure the timely pick-up. He also took the time to answer my questions and explain the benefits of the AFTA coverage, which I'm glad I purchased even though the car was delivered unharmed. During the transport, David helped me reach the carrier company to confirm that my car was in the condition I left it. Overall David and the team at Amerifreight did a great job; I'm very pleased with their ability to communicate effectively with me and make arrangements with the carrier. I would use them again, and recommend their service!
