We apologize for any inconvenience this customer has experienced. When shipping at the economy rate, there is always a chance the rates may increase. However, our customers always have the option to refuse the rate offered whereby we will try use another carrier that has a better counter offer. Our customer service agents are in constant communication with carriers to make sure that pick-up and delivery times are met, but in some circumstances, due to miscommunications, we are not informed of schedule changes.
