Got a quote online and received a quote promptly over email. The email was worded very courteously and sounded professional, not obnoxious as some other companies out there. Was provided a simple breakdown of the costs and deposits and Lecia was very professional. Was not explained about the extra costs for insurance gap coverage that were available. I looked them up myself and ended up declining anyway. Was provided with 2 offers. The first was too high and ended up going with the second offer, which took about 3-4 days. My contact with the broker ended there and was in contact with the dispatcher and driver of the company. That experience becomes a luck of the draw as well, but it ended up being overall very good. The car, both inside and out was dirty when it was received at the destination. Had some clothes and bags in the car which were not stolen or removed, which is a good thing as well given other people's bad experiences. Overall, very good experience.
