After having a horrendous experience with another company who failed to deliver on it's promises. I contacted Amerfrieght since they were rated 5 stars and everything on their website appeared to be devoted to customer service. They certainly delivered in every way. In fact, exceeding my expectations. First, they were up front and honest in explaining exactly what they would do, who I should contact if there was an issue etc. I upgraded to priority service and my car was picked up within 2 days of placing my order. They then forwarded the contact information of the trucking company so I could remain in contact for arranging pickup logistics as well.

The trucking company was very polite and courteous and everything worked according to plan.

I sincerely recommend using this company. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!
