AmeriFreight worked to find a company that would take my car from the east coast to the west coast. Graham was my representative, and he performed his duties as expected. He was neither exceptional nor poor. After connecting me with the company that would ship my car, I never heard from him again until I received the link to complete this survey. I would have given him 5 stars if he had followed up with at least once during the process, as I expected. Graham was insistent when trying to get a hold of me, but could take a few days to call me back when I called him. Pricing was as presented.
I would recommend AmeriFreight to others to use, but I think it's important to set your expectations at mid-level, that way you won't be disappointed.
