We were recommend to Graham through AmeriFreight through one of our close friends who had just completed a across the country move and used AmeriFrienght to ship her car. She shared how her agent, Graham had provided her with excellant service and that she was sure that we would have the same experience...and we ABSOLUTELY did! Graham was extremely professional and walked us through every step of the way with this process. He was attentive to our needs. If he said he would call you back in 10 minutes, he called you back in exactly ten minutes. He was always on time with providing us with excellent service. I remember on the day we were transporting our vehicle, our carrier was actually arriving in our new town earlier than we had expected, which meant that we would not be able to claim our vehicle. Graham and his tram worked to make sure that the care arrived on the very next day we arrived on site at our new location, and they even delivered the car to us at our door, since we were stranded with no vehicle and could not leave. The experience with this company really shocked me. This was our first time shipping a car and we were very nervous, but Graham and his team ensured us that we would be fine and our car arrived in tact just like we had left it, I would definitely recommend this service again. In fact we are using them in a few weeks to ship another one of our cars to our new location and have no worries that they will not deliver the same quality service in a timely and professional manner.
