i went with these guys because they had the best price what a mistake i made they dont return phone calls very well and after 11 days of going no were i cancelled the order and got the job done i would never deal with amerifreight again

We are always open and honest when someone places an order with us. This was no exception. However, sometimes we do have difficult loads no matter how hard we try to accommodate our customers. This was one of those exceptions. The customer chose to ship the car at the economy rate. This rate allows a pick up window of 1 to 7 business days. It is a discounted rate in which we work to secure a carrier within a time frame of 1 to 7 business days to find a spot on a carrier. It is ideal for those who are not in a hurry and would like to save some money on their shipment. Our guarantee states that we will either get the vehicle picked up in the time promised even if we have to add money to the load ourselves or we will provide a full refund. After 5 days of working to secure a carrier, we added money from our side in order to help provide an incentive to get a carrier for this route. Unfortunately, we still did not have any carriers available on that route. We offered the customer the option to upgrade to the priority rate in order to ensure a guaranteed pickup, but he chose to cancel the order. The customer received a full refund of his deposit.
