My general experience with Amerifreight car shipping remains very positive. They have excellent customer service that gives up to date follow-up of the status of the car pick-u and delivery. We have moved several times in the past five years and have experienced working with other freight companies and I can say that I had the best experience with Amerifreight. I was not expecting everything to go smoothly with regards to the pick up date and delivery but even though they got delayed for a couple of days, we were always informed as to what was happening and therefore was able to make the necessary arrangements for temporary transport while waiting for our car to be delivered. Also, the delivery personnel was very professional in giving updates days before the delivery. The day of delivery went smoothly without any hitches.
I would not hesitate to avail of their service again and would recommend them highly to those who need their vehicle to be transported across states.
