I had an excellent experience with AmeriFreight. I picked them based on all of the positive reviews online, and now that I have received my car, I can honestly say I'm glad I did. The AmeriFreight service representative that helped me was so patient and persistent in finding me a carrier in what was a relatively small window of time. I had to move up my pick up date, and she successfully managed to accomodate me after a lot of phone calls and inquiries. Furthermore, she called me several times before, during and after transport to make sure things were going smoothly and to answer any questions. AmeriFreight employees are clearly well trained at Customer Service. Additionally, the shippers that physically shipped my car (i.e. American Auto Transport) were prompt, professional and immediately reachable. My car arrived in the same condition as I had left it with them. It took them just 6 days to ship my car from Michigan to California, and was delivered literally across the street from my home. I would recommend AmeriFreight to anyone looking to ship their car, even within a limited schedule.
