We apologize for this inconvenience and the increased rate. We always quote our base rate and then bid with carriers to try obtain the lowest rate possible. The customer always have the option to refuse the rate offered whereby we will try use another carrier that has a better counter offer. This is standard procedure in the industry. The internal change in the company did cause some frustration with some customers, but that has been resolved and we are ready to serve our customers better than ever.
