My contact stayed in touch with me and did his best to meet my needs. The company's phone system doesn't work well and I had to call back multiple times to get through.
A small amount of damage was done to the car, a crack in one of the lights. Otherwise it was in good condition. It was not explaied to me that the company uses a variety of carriers and they don't control the quality of the service of the carriers.
