Due to miscommunication about price, drop off was delayed and I had to keep my rental an extra day. Nothing prompted me to sign off on the new price which was $100 more. Also they could be more proactive in preventing license plate theft as my front was stolen. They advised me to file police report, which I did. Otherwise the vehicle was not damaged and they were on time, so I would consider using AmeriFreight again.
