Justin provided good customer service while working with a carrier that had difficulty delivering my car on time. Price quoted was accurate and was never increased, which I appreciated. One area open to improvement for the company would be to include tighter contracts for its carriers to provide stronger incentives for carriers to deliver on time once they accept the bid. However, Justin and the Amerifreight team worked hard to ensure I had a satisfactory experience and I appreciated their dedication to customer service.
