While taking a one man road trip across the country from California to Pennsylvania sounded tempting, better judgment told me I should fly. The plan was for my car to meet me there. AmeriFreight made sure that happened despite what seemed like solid attempts of sabotage from the carrier. Lack of communication and what in my opinion was accompanied by a lack of professionalism from the carrier had me frustrated from the beginning. Pick-up was a day later than scheduled. Delivery was a day later than scheduled. If not for the team at AmeriFreight I can only imagine how much longer I may have waited. Calls to the carrier went unanswered. Messages left went unreturned. Frustration built. But AmeriFreight seemed to make things happen. I gave them a call and a very helpful lady by the name of Ali answered right away. Minutes later she had gotten in contact with the carrier and had more information as to when I might expect delivery. When the carrier didn't follow through, Ali and Amerifreight did. I received a follow-up call even after delivery to confirm I had my vehicle. In all I am happy with my experience.
