Car was picked up on 14th June. The experience during pickup was very good and driver arrived within a day of the agreed on date. My concerns are more around delivery and customer service. The delivery was stated for 19th June. I called on 20th to check on the status and the call went to voicemail. I left a voicemail but never got a response. Sent an email, still no response. On 24th the carrier called and asked us to pickup the car from an area which is hours away from the actual destination (his truck had broken down). Again, I called Amerifrieght but it again went to voice mail. Again left a voice mail, no response. Sent another email requesting a response, still no response from amerifrieght.
I am not upset because the delivery was later and the driver somehow expected us to pickup the car from some crazy location. My concern is that amerifrieght never responded to my emails/voicemails. Never provided a status on where the vehicle is and basically left us to fend for ourself.
