Jorge did a good job at setting everything up for us and getting our Yukon on its way to hawaii.
I gave him 4 stars because there was a day when we had an issue with the car carrier and my husband and I made a few phone calls and left messages for him to get back to us and it wasn't until 8pm that we heard from him. With that being said, he did get back to us and from that point forward handled every issue that occurred with our car carrier. He was able to make the necessary phone calls for us to make sure our Yukon made it on the ship to hawaii which the car carrier delivered past deadline. Thanks to Jorge, our vehicle will be in hawaii shortly after we arrive. Jorge was excellent with email correspondence.
