This is my first time using a vehicle transport service. I had a great experience. I had an emergency situation in which the vehicle broke down 500 miles from home, and because AAA did not send a tow truck capable of transporting the car and passenger to safety for over 12 hours, my family member driving the car was hospitalized from heat exposure while waiting for the tow truck. So, I was desperate to get the car back home without requiring it to be repaired and driven. AmeriFreight more than delivered. I had a great experience with Justin who explained the process and pricing, and worked closely with dispatch to coordinate a pickup that very same day. The pickup was complicated as the timing needed to be precise as to within the operating hours of the repair facility to which AAA finally towed the car the next morning. As promised, the car arrived 2 days later in NJ no worse for wear other than some road dirt, which I expected after being on an open carrier. Driver from DL Transport was very nice and ensured the car was in good hands before departing. I highly recommend AmeriFreight. They provided great peace of mind during a challenging time.
