The customer service was very cooperative in scheduling the right time for my car to be picked up. Thought the pick up date is late, it only took 3 days to delivery the car from NY to CA, it's super fast, the driver is a nice man, careful with the delivery. There is no damage to my car, just some dust, all the stuff kept well. I would like to use this car shipping company in the future again if I want to ship another car
