Jessica was very curt but got the job done. The transport guy was the highlight of the experience - friendly and cute as the dickens.
I feel that the price was slightly misleading and that it is in poor taste to email a customer and tell them that a discount will be void unless they fill out a survey.
Overall I would use them again bc the job was done properly and now I don't hve to go through the hassle of find g another broker.
