I ordered for the car shipping with another company 2 weeks before the expected shipping date, and the company didn't update me any status change for over a week. When I called them a couple days before the expected shipping date, they said it was too close to the expected shipping date, and asked to increase the price. I got very disappointed and switched my order to AmeriFreight. The agent who worked with me is very responsible, and can easily be reached (the agent of the previous company can never be reached). He found me the carrier just the next day of my order. During the car shipping process, the agent regularly updated me the status, and the delivery was quick.
I am very satisfied with the service of AmeriFreight, and highly recommend.
