The car was picked up 5 days later than the last part of the range I was given and it ended up costing $500 more than I was quoted. I found the company only responsive when they had "good news" for me that the car was actually being picked up. During the time I was in limbo, it was difficult to get ahold of them or they offered me little information and were very unapologetic.
